Wicked is excited to announce our new event- The New England Conference, held in Springfield MA. This conference will focus on expanding the cultural reach of Wicked into America’s grumpiest state. We will be hosting workshops and presentations with a focus on Holiday Engagement, Research and Design for Lessons. Each attendee will receive a goody bag including: an ugly holiday sweater, Wicked nonsense game and a lanyard that can accomodate the Ugly Sweater at conference time! This unique ornament was created by an ensemble of the remaining members of Wicked Ugly Christmas Sweaters Facebook Page who were inspired by this cool fashion trend to start selling their ugly sweaters again at the holiday season. New brand of holiday fashion, the sweater that’s not so ugly. Wicked the musical is one of the top Broadway productions of all time and features a now classic song, “Defying Gravity,” which tells the story of what happens when Elphaba transforms into Glinda. The first and only ugly sweater of its kind is perfect for that not-so-festive office or family gatherings.
