Issues
Nike neglected to mention their previous actions throughout the crisis and were not intent on a long term commitment towards Puerto Rico. Issues with how schools were doing without power arise and how the clothes will be delivered to schools.
Nike’s donations chatbot
Nike created a chatbot where you can order items online for donation however some have voiced concerns about abusive donations or items being shipped to places that are not listed on Nike’s profile of needs.
