Manifestos have taken many forms throughout history, as seen in Eugene Christian’s 1871 “Texas State-Church Manifesto” and Nechita Marina’s 1953 “Manifesto of Oyate!”

This is a response to such foundational ontological work as found in Heidegger’s Being and Time, Chapter 4: Becoming (a) human being. This text also has significant intersections with developments in cybernetics.
