Duvet cover was a nice black shade and handy zip to secure duvet in. The the feel of the fabric was not what I expected (I was after softer material not the crushed velvet type). The owner was responsive and we came to a half refund situation which I was very pleased with. Would trade with this member again, would not buy the duvet cover again.

Overall, very cute duvet set. I did have some issue with the tracking info and had to request help for the item, but the seller was very sweet and issued a new tracking number for me. Shipping was a little slow, but no fault to the seller at all. I love the aesthetic of the print; very studio ghibli in a way.
