The first logo, the “bronco player” was introduced at a public relations event
on 22 August 1993 to replace the club’s original jersey of two black verticals with Queensland orange in 1989. The player is seen as dunking an egg shape ball in a tall jar while wearing a jersey with “Brisbane” across the chest.
Today, the Brisbane Broncos logo still contains elements of their past design. For example, orange is still heavily used as one of its main colours and an egg shape ball has been incorporated into it. It does have different aspects however. Today’s logos still resemble that first par for the club management but it incorporates three footballers swooping off from said egg shape (instead of just one)
