Black Cat Black Shirt is your one stop shop for all that’s worth getting. This project began as a collaboration between illustrator Sera Hackney and owner Denny Futroff.
Their shared love for animals led them on an expedition to create a line of wearable fashion prints for children, appliqués that were born out of their own shared love – “for things that are real and make your heart warm.”
The range allowed customers to choose between five unique designs of the most precious animals they could think of.
They then used the art of transforming actual t-shirts into beautiful works of wearable art by using needle and thread.
All the appliques were hand-sewn on high quality 100% cotton Gildan brand shirts by an Adult who has learning disabilities.
