The Sydney Roosters have exist since 1908, but had their name registered by the New South Wales Rugby League in 1920. Out of all of their achievements, one of the best ones has to be that they were able to win thirty six consecutive games back in 1951-1952 season. This was a feat which many other teams around the world also tried but were not successful at doing so.
The NSWRL founded these boys as League Teams at 1930 Monthly Board meeting. Canberra won over Central Coasts in June 1981 and Devonport recorded a victory that same year against Easts away, both clubs joined NSWRL on 15 June 1982 as reserve grade teams.
